It is indeed a matter of satisfaction for me that the tiny sapling I planted in 1966 in my personal effort has been giant tree today. Looking back to the past history, definitely, encourages me to share my feelings with all associates who supported me to make this success story.

I feel that the time has also come to diversify our approach of performing construction work under traditional contractual approach to modern approach such as Management Contracting, BOT, Partnering and even Development of Housing Colonies.
