The total floor area of this building is 105,800 sq ft. The design of this building was done by Rachana Consulting Architects and the construction cost of this building amounted to NRs. 114,362,377.00. The building represents a perfect combination of traditional and modern architecture in Kathmandu Valley. The Company was awarded a gold medal as best building constructor for this building. The honor was awarded by 30th IFAWPCA convention held in Kathmandu. |

TRIJUGA BRIDGE PROJECT This 326 mtr long RCC Bridge built by the company is one of the longest bridges in Nepal. This bridge built over Trijuga River near historical Chandra Canal Barrage links Saptari and Udayapur districts of Nepal. This bridge rests on 14 well foundations of 6 mtr. depth. This bridge was built during August 1998 to April 2002 at a cost of NRs. 107,341,472.00 for the department of roads of Government of Nepal. |
ARNIKO HIGHWAY ROAD PROJECT This Suryabinayak to Dhulikhel Section (Km 14+000 to Km 30+000) of Arniko Highway was widened and upgraded with Asphalt Concrete during August 1999 to June 2002 by the Sharma & Company, This section, a strategic portion of Arniko Highway, joins Kathmandu Valley Urban area with famous tourist area of Dhulikhel. This part of the project was funded by Swiss Government in continuation of their 10 years program to upgrade Arniko Highway. The consultant of the project was the joint venture of SILT-SUB STRUCTURAL & MEH and quality was monitored by Swiss expert as well. The construction cost of this project was NRs. 330,015,579.00. |

KANTI CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL The Contract for the extension of the only Children’s Hospital in Nepal. Kanti Children Hospital was funded by Japanese Government. The work for this contract was entrusted to us by TODA Corporation, Japan. We had the opportunity to be co-worker with Japanese Counterpart in this Project. All the civil, sanitary & electrical works were done by us. The consultation for the project was Nippon Koi, Japan and the Project was completed in 1995 |
TRIBHUVAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT The company has the privilege of completing Tribhuvan International Airport Fire Station & Airfield Maintenance and Radar Facilities works under TIAIP. The works comprised of related buildings, approach road, landscaping, drainage as well as other physical infrastructures. These works were part of Tribhuvan International Airport modernization program funded by ADB & Japanese Government. The consultants were ANL Consortium & Nippon Koi. AGRICULTURAL INSTITUTE COLONIES Among our completed construction projects the construction for Agricultural Institute Colonies are no less notable. We have constructed infrastructures and physical facilities for IAAS. Rampur at a cost of Rs. 32,982,000 during 1997-1983. Agricultural Manpower Development Centers at Lamjung and Pakihawa at the cost of Rs. 59,441,978 during 1987-1989. The projects were funded by USAID and World Bank for Agricultural Manpower Development Program under Tribhuvan University and the works comprised of academic buildings, hostels, quarters, workshops, laboratories, internal roads, water towers, electrification and sewerage works etc. |
CHAMELIA BRIDGE PROJECT This is a 3 span steel truss bridge constructed by the company over Chamelia River in Darchula District a remote hilly area in far west Nepal. This bridge built along Baitadi Darchula Road has significant importance for the road transport in west Nepal. The length of this bridge is 122 metre. The area of the building is 58.000 Sft. This building was constructed at the cost of NRs. 81,169,279.00. The design of this building was done by M/s. Cage Consultants. |
KAWASOTI BRIDGE PROJECT This bridge was constructed over Kawasoti River in Nawalparasi District along East-West Highway of Nepal replacing existing troublesome cause way during rainy season. This 4 span RCC bridge with 104 metre length was funded by DFID & the client was BUMP/DOR. The consultant was WSP International & GEOCE. This bridge was completed at a cost of NRs. 53,422,061 |

ROYAL NORWEGIAN EMBASSY PROJECT This is a Chancery Building for Norwegian Embassy in Kathmandu. The design of the building was done by the Kristia Jarmund Arkitekter AS, Oslo, Norway. The client is Statsbygg (Department of Building Norway). The contract comprised of all the civil, electrical, HVAC, Sanitary & Plumbing and Landscaping works. The project was started on January 2007 and completed in May 2008. The total cost of the project was NRs. 101,967,172.70. The project was supervised by Danish Architect Mr. Niels Axel. |
ROSE VILLAGE COLONY PROJECT This is a housing colony project with 60 independent houses, one 7 storey multipurpose building. The designer of the project is TEKTON and the client is Bagmati Homes Pvt. Ltd. This construction project situated at Balkot, Bhaktapur was completed by the company in 2010 at a cost of NRs. 325,000,000.00. The contract also includes internal road, electrification and water supply works. |

VAGARU RESORTS PROJECT IN MALDIVES The company undertook the management contract for the construction of Island Resorts in Virgin Vagaru Island of Maldives. This was a first of its kind contract executed by the company in foreign land. The scope of works covered the construction of land villas, water villas, staff housing, restaurants, multipurpose building, arrival deck etc. The developers of the project were EoN Resorts Group Maldives. Most of the manpower were from Nepal under their direct employment. |
WATER SUPPLY PROJECT BHARATPUR This is a small town water supply project for Bharatpur, Chitwan, completed in 2010. The contract work consists of 450 m3 RCC Overhead Tank, 2 nos. of 1000 m3 underground water reservoir, 2 nos. of deep tube well and distribution network within Bharatpur Municipality, Chitwan. The consultant of the project is WELINK Consultants in association with Soil Test Pvt. Ltd. The cost of the project is NRs. 246,473,518.47. |

NLIC BUILDING PROJECT (City Centre) This 9 storey multiplex building popularly known as City Centre at Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu was built by the company during June 2005 – November 2007 for Nepal Life Insurance Company associated with a famous business house of Nepal. The cost of the project amounted NRs. 262 million including the cost of Re-bar & Cement supplied by the client. |
STAR MALL BUILDING PROJECT This 11 storey multiplex building with double basement was built by the company during 2008-09. The location of the building is a prime business area of Putalisadak, Kathmandu. The cost of the building amounted 125 million excluding the cost of finishing work.

EXPANSION OF AIRCRAFT PARKING APRON OF TIA The works under this project cover earthwork excavation & filling, sub-base course, proof rolling, cement treated base course, RCC pavement, service road, joint sealing, grease removal, cables relocation, drainage works etc. This work was completed in 2009-10 at the cost of NRs. 123 million. The employer was TIAIP, Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal and consultant was GEOCE Consultants, Kathmandu. |
SUB-REGIONAL TRANSPORT FACILITATION PROJECT ROAD FROM ICD BIRGUNJ TO TRIBHUVAN HIGHWAY AND JEETPUR WIDENING This Road Project linking ICD Birgunj to Tribhuvan Highway and Jeetpur Widening was executed during January 2007 to June 2010 at a cost of NRs. 392,972,516.67. This road facilitates as bypass for transportation from ICD to Tribhuvan Highway access. This project was funded by ADB. The client of the project was Project Directorate (ADB) / DOR and the consultant was Wilbur Smith Associates in Association with TAEC Consult and Silt Consultants.
