ChairmanWe have come a long way building the infrastructures of developments. The goodwill earned by us is our asset and quality services are our liability. We give high value to this ethic and business only is not our motive. It is indeed a matter of satisfaction for me that the tiny sapling I planted in 1966 in my personal effort has been giant tree today. Looking back to the past history, definitely, encourages me to share my feelings with all associates who supported me to make this success story.
Managing DirectorQuality and satisfaction are our slogans. I feel that the time has also come to diversify our approach of performing construction work under traditional contractual approach to modern approach  such as Management Contracting, BOT, Partnering and even Development of Housing Colonies. For this, I invite all the competent national and international parties to join hands with us. Nepal as a developing country has ample opportunities for all kinds of development activities and the requirements are the innovation and initiation. Therefore, we must not only be ready to meet the requirements but we must be able to activate the passive part of the developmental needs.
